During my stay, I noticed that the cleanliness of the apartment could use significant improvements. There were hairs on the bed and in the shower upon arrival, and the dishes were not clean. Furthermore, the bathroom was quite cramped, making it uncomfortable to use, and there was hardly enough space for towels.

The noise level from the reception is unbearable at times!!! Cleanliness could see some serious upgrades, especially in corners. Bathroom hooks for towels feel poorly positioned, making it a hassle to use them!!!

Y'all, I was mighty impressed with how cozy and clean my room was. The staff were like sweet tea on a summer day, always there if I needed anything. Plus, I loved the close walk to the metro – perfect for gettin’ around. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a lil' redesign for better towel hooks.
